The project “Establish and Operate Educational Broadcasting Cambodia (EBC)” was implemented by the Korea EBS under the ICT and network systems powered by MPTC. The EBC project aims to bridge the MPTC’s ever-growing online system infra-architecture with MoEYS teaching pedagogy to offer interactive E-learning system services that anyone can access anytime and anywhere with any device.
