1. How do I register?

In order to register on our Platform, you should have the following information ready:

• Full  Name ( First Name + Last Name )
• Email Address
• Create the password

2. Do I need specific equipment to take Online Courses?

• Equipment: Laptop or Smartphone or Tablet.

• Good Internet connection

3. How do I access my course?

First, you have to log in to your account. You will find the Navigation on the left side that lists the course content. Click the course to go in.

If you can’t find your course in Navigation, you can find it on ‘My course’ under the Dashboard.

4. How do I contact technical support during my course?

You can contact us through Email, Messenger, and Telegram chat.

5. How long does each course take?

The study duration depends on the arrangement of the lecturer, the structure of each class, and each student’s timetable.
