Before deciding to borrow money to buy something or make installment payments on something to show off or to have like others, please think for a moment! Are those things assets or liabilities? Is your income sufficient for the monthly payments? Don't forget to add general household daily expenses, including gas costs, repair costs, and various taxes. Don't let momentary vanity cause you to lose your rice fields, gardens, houses, or years of savings. Living simply without debt is better than being flashy and amazing but drowning in massive debt, with nothing left but to dodge and make excuses with this reason and that reason as pretenses to get by each time. Think! Think and think again! Think many times! Think long-term! Don't regret later because of massive debt!
