Mr. Se Mouthycheat, President of the EBC Organization, welcomed representatives from 26 member organizations of the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC)
On the morning of September 14, 2026, Mr. Se Mouthycheat, President of the EBC Organization, welcomed representatives from 26 member organizations of the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) from Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Kampong Chhnang, Kratie, Mondulkiri, Prey Veng, Ratanakiri, Siem Reap, and Phnom Penh. Led by the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) and Oxfam in Cambodia, a total of 30 delegates gathered at EBC before continuing their study visit to a target school to observe the implementation of EBC’s Learning Management System (LMS), which integrates blended learning methods at Sok An Khvav High School in Traing District, Takeo Province.
The purpose of this study visit is to understand the implementation process of EBC’s LMS educational platform, the production of various educational contents, and its deployment across public target schools and other partner institutions.
