On the afternoon of August 26, 2026, EBC and KAPE co-organized a meeting to review the implementation results of deploying the EBC platform across KAPE’s 13 target schools under the high presidency of H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and Chairman of the Project Management Committee for the Creation and Operation of ICT & Media Educational Platforms, and H.E. Dr. Kim Sethany, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and Vice-Chair of the Project Management Committee for the Creation and Operation of ICT & Media Educational Platforms. The meeting was also attended by His excellency, Her excellency, and leadership from the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, Mr. Se Mouthycheat, President of EBC, and his team, Mr. Sao Vanna, Executive Director of KAPE, and his team, partner organizations, management teams from the 13 target schools, and teachers, totaling 100 participants at the assembly hall of Prek Leap New Generation High School.
