Mr. Se Mouthycheat, President of the EBC Organization
On April 27, 2026, Mr. Se Mouthycheat, President of the EBC Organization, and the District Education Strengthening Team from Traing District, Takeo Province led by H.E. Chhieng Chan Dara conducted an official study visit to Hun Sen Sereypheap High School in Takhmao City, Kandal Province.
The delegation included several high ranking officials and educational leaders, including the Acting Chairman of the District Council, the Deputy Governor of Traing District, the Director and Deputy Director of the District Office of Education, and School Principals and lead teachers from all nine high schools in Traing District.
The primary focus of the visit was to study the practical application of the EBC Digital Education Platform. The session included experience sharing regarding the digital transition in schools, a technical presentation showcasing the EBC management system and platform operations, and demonstrations of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure a standardized model school framework. The goal is for the nine high schools in Traing District to adopt and implement this model to enhance their own educational management and digital capabilities.
Following the school visit, Mr. Se Mouthycheat personally invited the delegation to visit EBC Organization to observe the internal operations and the technical support system behind the platform firsthand.
