From KAPE’s perspective, the partnership with Education Broadcasting Cambodia in implementing the LMS has been both practical and meaningful. What impressed me most is that this was not just about introducing a digital platform, but about building real capacity in schools.Across New Generation Schools and IDEAL schools, we have seen teachers gradually gain confidence in using the LMS to support blended and flipped learning, school leaders take ownership of their own LMS tenants, and students actively engage with high-quality digital content. The fact that students can access the LMS without mobile data charges has been a game changer, especially for equity and inclusion.EBC’s team worked closely with KAPE and schools, not only providing technical training, but also understanding how schools actually function day to day. This made the rollout realistic and sustainable. Before I studied with EBC, I wasn't very good at history, but after studying with this platform, I understand a lot about our country's history, whether it's European history or any other history.

Before this platform was available, I didn't really understand some of the things the teacher explained. But now that we have this platform, whenever we don't understand something, we can go back and look at the teacher's explanation again. Before, I was not strong in my studies. Now, I'm much better.
