Backfire

 As a leader, one shouldn’t use power and tricks to oppress and exploit those who are beneath them, because such actions will surely fall back upon oneself one day. Therefore, one should know how to use their authority to provide justice and fairness to their subordinates, which will benefit oneself, others, and the whole society.
