About EBC
Steering Committees

The Steering Committees, established in 2021 by the Royal Government of Cambodia, provide strategic leadership, coordination, and policy direction for the Educational Broadcasting Cambodia (EBC) initiative. Jointly chaired by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPTC), the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), the Ministry of Information (MoI), and the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), the Committee embodies strong inter-ministerial collaboration and commitment to advancing digital education. It ensures the alignment of national policies on education, digital transformation, and financial sustainability, thereby fostering the effective implementation and long-term success of the EBC initiative.

“The establishment of Educational Broadcasting Cambodia (EBC) represents a significant milestone in advancing Cambodia’s digital transformation in education. I firmly believe that technology serves as a vital bridge connecting people, knowledge, and opportunity. Through EBC, we are building a comprehensive digital learning ecosystem that enhances access to quality education, fosters human capital development, and contributes to realizing Cambodia’s Vision 2050 for an inclusive and knowledge-based society.”
