Welcome to the Techpreneur 2.0 Application FormTechpreneur 2.0 is an intensive 7-month incubation program organized by Dichi Academy and Elix, designed to equip Cambodia's most promising university students with the technical expertise and entrepreneurial mindset needed to thrive in the digital economy.The program offers two tracks — Full Stack Development and AI & Data Science — combining 4 months of technical and soft skill training with 3 months of hands-on entrepreneurship incubation and MVP development. The program is fully scholarship-based with no cost to accepted participants.Who Should ApplyOpen to all university students from Year 1 onwards and fresh graduates — however, Year 3 students and above will be given priority during the selection process.Students actively seeking full-time employment or planning to launch a startupApplicants who can commit to every Saturday for 7 months (full day), including Wednesday evening online sessions (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM)Technical RequirementsPlease review the minimum technical requirements before applying. Only applicants who meet the core requirement for their chosen track will be considered.Full Stack Development TrackRequired: A solid understanding of JavaScript — this is the core skill the program builds uponBeneficial (not required): HTML & CSS, React.js, SQL or NoSQL Databases, NestJS / Node.jsAI & Data Science TrackRequired: A solid understanding of Python — this is the core skill the program builds uponBeneficial (not required): Statistics & Mathematics (probability, linear algebra, calculus), hands-on experience with datasets or Kaggle, SQL basics, familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Hugging Face, or any ML libraryTechnical ScreeningApplicants who select either track will be required to complete a Technical Screening exercise as part of this application.
