Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony Between EBC Organization and Viettel Cambodia (Metfone)
The purpose of this MoU signing ceremony is to:
• Broadcasting EBC content through the OTT-TV TV360 by Metfone platform.
• Providing “KradasSar” and “Path of Dharma” animated videos for broadcasting on EBC’s website.
• Collaborating in strengthening the educational sector and digital educational content dissemination.
We hope that under this MoU, the cooperation between both institutions will become a meaningful step forward in opening a new chapter for digital education.
