On July 17, 2026, Mr. Se Mouthycheat, President of EBC Organization, led a team on a study visit and held a physical meeting with Mr. Lor Virith, Director of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Takeo Province, at the provincial department office.
The meeting focused on three main objectives:
1. Promoting Inclusive Learning: Creating diverse and equal learning opportunities for all students.
2. Expanding EBC LMS: Discussing the expansion of EBC’s Learning Management System (LMS) to all 54 high schools in Takeo Province, and setting standards for its implementation.
3. Strengthening Collaboration: Seeking support and cooperation from the provincial department and relevant stakeholders.
During the meeting, the Department Director expressed his full support and proposed assigning a specific working group to collaborate closely with EBC Organization. This team will work together to successfully implement Blended Learning & Flipped Classroom methods across all 54 high schools in Takeo Province.
