Show Off

After watching this video, I would like to share my thoughts and ask for opinions from all supporters! Please try to consider the two sides that can be derived from the story titled “Showing Off”: Side 1 (Positive) and Side 2 (Negative).
For my opinion: I would like to highlight Side 1 – Positive: This is good as it can serve as encouragement for some people when they see others’ success, which can be a mental strength for them to work hard or engage in various occupations to move toward success like others.
Side 2 – Negative: This creates a bad culture that we Khmer often mention as “judging people only by their external appearance,” and this culture will lead people to start evaluating others based solely on what they have, such as status, merit and power, showing off wealth, being flashy and ostentatious, etc., while burying and losing the core values of a person, which are knowledge, struggle, hard work and effort, and good character and morals.
