Changemakers Program!

The Changemakers Program 2026 is a 10-month initiative for adolescent girls and young women (ages 18–24) in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Ratanakiri, and Stung Treng. It prepares participants to become agents of change and role models through team-led social projects.The program is a collaboration between Plan International Cambodia, Impact Hub Phnom Penh (IHPP), and the Women’s Development Centers (WDCs) of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs (MoWA), building a stronger support system for young women across Cambodia.Applications are now open. We are seeking motivated participants from the four target areas to join training, mentoring, and hands-on project implementation. Participants will gain the skills to identify challenges, design solutions, lead project implementation, and even develop their first business idea.
